I know a few things to be true:
- Everyone is meant to experience life in a way that’s uniquely their own.
- And nothing truly changes unless we take action.
I traveled the world and immersed myself in different cultures searching for answers—not to escape, but to return with clarity. What I’ve realized is this: you don’t need to get diagnosed with cancer or leave everything behind to reconnect with who you are.
You just need the right tools—and the courage to experiment with them.
I created Authenticity Labs to be that space. A place to discover how you’re designed to move through the world and connect with the people you hold close. A place to explore a reconnected identity, and take aligned, meaningful action toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
More About Me
For nearly 20 years, I built a successful career in media and tech, working at companies like Discovery Networks, NBC, AT&T, and Microsoft. From the outside, I was the classic high-achiever—driven, cheerful, always chasing the next goal. But on the inside? I was exhausted, anxious, and increasingly disconnected from myself.
I believed peace and fulfillment were just around the next corner, always tied to the next milestone.
Then life—unexpectedly—shifted course. A cancer diagnosis at 33 changed everything. Five long years of navigating fear and uncertainty cracked open my perspective. What followed was a global pandemic, and then a layoff. One by one, the identities and achievements I’d attached my self-worth to were stripped away.
So I hit pause.
I traveled.
I immersed myself in other cultures.
I walked 500+ miles across Spain with just a backpack.
I stopped giving everyone else my energy and started listening to the quiet nudges from the Universe.
And in that quiet space, I discovered something simple and life-changing: we’re not meant to navigate life the same way. We’re all wired differently. And the more we follow someone else’s map, the more we lose sight of our own. But when we tune into our unique design, the path becomes clear—and we begin to thrive from the inside out
When I returned home, the old pressures quickly resurfaced. I was so energized from my travels, I ran the NYC Marathon without training (true story). But I also felt the tug of external pressures creeping back in. That’s when Human Design re-entered my life—and this time, it landed. It gave language and structure to everything I had intuitively learned: how to make decisions, manage my energy, relate to others, and live in alignment.
Today, I combine my lived experience—my spiritual journey, 200+ hour meditation teacher training, cross-cultural exploration, and two decades in both startup and corporate settings—to help others reconnect with who they are. I’m here to make ancient wisdom and self-discovery practical, relatable, and actionable , so you can thrive in your career, relationships, and everyday life—authentically.
